Who sees what, and how you can check.

CarrierOn gives every seat a role, protects sign-in with a second step, and keeps a record of what changed and who changed it.

A role for every seat

  • Staff rolesAdministrator, manager, dispatcher, fleet manager, maintenance, recruiter, accounting, safety and viewer. Drivers use the driver app only.
  • Your own role namesSave a named combination, such as a night dispatcher who cannot send dispatch, and assign it to each new hire.

Signing in

  • Two-step sign-inSix-digit codes from an authenticator app, with printed recovery codes. A company can require it for everyone.
  • Sign-in linksEmailed sign-in links work once and expire after 30 minutes.
  • SessionsSee the devices where you are signed in. Changing your password signs out the others.

Sharing and messages

  • Packet linksLinks you share expire, can be revoked at any time, and show when they were opened.
  • Driver documentsCredentials and qualification files are shared by link only, never as email attachments, so access can always be withdrawn.
  • Office-only threadsNotes in an office-only thread are never shown to the driver or to anyone outside the company.

The activity log records the changes made in your company. Filter it by person to see what someone changed, and when.
